Complete refurbishment of a run-down existing Edwardian property to provide contemporary family home in Liverpool's suburbs.

The design was required to fulfil the clients' vision for modern open-plan flexible family living, whilst also maintaining the architectural heritage of the Edwardian exterior.

Internal 3D renders helped the client/family to visualise the end results.

Design includes a magnificent atrium entrance hall with feature chandelier.

Automated lighting/audio and tv systems are controllable by ipads.

Major construction works enabled extensive internal alterations to make best use of the internal footprint.

Complex steelwork to the new kitchen area enabled demolition of the existing kitchen dividing wall, facilitating a brighter, more contemporary and open plan kitchen/dining area.

Full external landscaping includes a green ivy wall screen to partition the garden areas, providing immediate 'greening up' and habitat for small birds and insects.
