Maximising ‘space and light’ for the 2 and 3 bedroom accommodation in blocks A and B was a key driver of the design concept. The blocks are orientated to maximise direct sunlight penetration into the site, whilst prioritising river views, whenever possible. This increases potential desirability of the accommodation, maximising the potential value of the project.
-
Block C comprises a nine story hotel complex with sixth floor restaurant utilising roof top terrace space and providing spectacular views of the waterfront, whilst its position enables diners to benefit from any evening sun in the summer months.
