This pilot scheme at Montgomery Road comprises 8 houses in groups of 4, facing each other on the same site.   

The ‘pilot’ element, is that construction for each group of 4 properties uses two different types of off-site construction (one prefabricated, one modular), each from a different company - to compare and contrast cost; quality and timescales. 

Both schemes will benefit from an innovative, high efficiency heating and water system, which is easy to install, with minimum maintenance required, and with potential cost savings for both Landlord and end users.

The roof system chosen for the development is a Scandinavian system comprising colour coated steel panels, which along with its galvanised mild steel rainwater panels, will be highly durable and easy maintenance.
