Thermal and acoustic insulation will be maximised to reduce noise nuisance, whilst also moderating internal temperatures, keeping household heating bills to a minimum.

Large window areas to the apartments, along with maximum use of glazing in the corridor links will ensure that areas are flooded with natural daylight.

The specialist apartments will have access to their own outdoor space.

The mixed scheme, totalling 19 bright, one bedroomed apartments, will be ready to submit for planning in October 2017.
