  • Wheelchair accessibility on the 3 ground floor apartments,

  • Lift access, communal lounge, administration office, and car parking facility,

  • Rear external space with patio, planting, and secure boundary treatment.

  • The proposed development, shortly to enter construction phase, adds diversity to the streetscape, whilst also enhancing the neighbourhood mix of housing provision, currently dominated by two storey family dwellings.

  • Construction will be largely off-site to minimise neighbourhood disruption, whilst also ensuring build efficiency.

  • The design complies with planning criteria, whilst also realising a viable scheme on a potentially challenging site - a small rectangular plot on a prominent corner location.
